Shopping Policy

  1. Placing Orders: To place an order on our website, simply browse our wide selection of fashion-forward Gen Z products, add your desired items to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Make sure to double-check your shipping and payment information before finalizing your order.

  2. Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for your convenience. Your payment information will be processed securely via our encrypted payment gateway.

  3. Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping on all orders, with delivery times varying depending on your location. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

 

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products.

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  2. Non-returnable items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Swimwear

  • Undergarments

  • Cosmetics

  • Earrings and body jewelry

  • Face masks

  1. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at swatagme@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the items back to us.

  2. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process a refund for the original purchase once we receive the returned item.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at swatagme@gmail.com We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
